• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant
• 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting
• Map out the all-around social media marketing plans by means of customer identification, competitors research, platform ascertainment, and messaging
• Build long-term customer relations by alluring them with a fine-tuned content selection
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools
• Attend educational conferences
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Google Certifications including and not limited to Google Fundamentals
