• Bachelor degree in Business administration or Marketing
• 3 -8 Years of experience in related field
• Responsible for the day-to-day channel management and marketing to deliver on monthly and yearly sales objectives
• Manage the development and enhancement of the platform to optimize the user experience, and performance metrics (Cost per acquisition, average basket value, re-ordering frequency, etc.)
• Manage all marketing related components, from programs to initiatives and campaigns (SEM, SMO, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Programs, Newsletters, Sampling, Surveying, Marketing Calendar, etc.)
• Manage the inventory planning/management
• Manage the introduction and availability on top e-commerce platforms
• Manage the development of the platforms in terms of brand/products exposure and sales
• Manage all Marketing campaigns and activities
• Collaborate with marketing, social, design, sales, planning, and finance teams; and externally, with developers, media and advertising agencies, distributors, logistics companies, and 3rd party platforms to grow the online channel
• Fluency in written and oral Arabic & English. Fluency in French is a plus.
