Our client is a leading company in real estate development part of a large conglomerate in Saudi Arabia They are seeking to recruit a Saudi “Maintenance & Operations Manager” to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Maintenance & Operations Manager will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
:
Develop and implement audit plans of internal business processes, application systems, general controls and technical infrastructure
Prepare written audit reports and recommendations to improve the efficiency in its operation
Manages the project development for all the facilities which he is assigned to by providing assistance and managing all aspects of the consultant contracts including review and approval of consultant requests for payments, amendments, extension of schedules and contract close outs
Perform periodic site visits to the projects that he is assigned to and monitor the quality of the operation and maintenance & third party works
Review technical equipment operations & other applications for the optimum results as per the design
Analyze and troubleshoot and provide technical supports for the facility managers for the operation shutdowns or maintenance issue
Verify the monthly plan and analysis report from all the facility to ensure the proper operation of the facilities
Arrange and support with the supply of necessary and recommended spare parts that are needed for all the facilities as per the forecast made by the facility managers
Provide technical assistance for all the engineering staff for their development, compilation and distribution of the technical data
Perform independent, in depth investigations of the specific problems including engineering analysis and recommendations
Analyze the annual forecast and verify the yearly budget for all the facilities to ensure the cost cut down and maintain the minimum operational cost for a maximum yield of profit
Assist the higher management to access, develop and implement policies and internal controls & oversee the review and testing of the same
Undertake special assignment as directed from the higher management
Required to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Manager or related fields
Ability to understand the blue prints and technical drawings
Ability to track record in development & implementation of maintenance system including inventories
Flexible for frequent travelling
Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Mechanical/Electromechanical trade or equivalent
Salary & Benefits
:
Total salary range between 14K – 18K SAR (Basic, Housing and Transportation depending on candidate experience)
Insurance for family (up to 2 kids)
Mobile Allowance
